Find Your Village. Share Your Story. Refill Your Cup.

Join other foster and kinship caregivers in a safe, confidential space where you can connect, feel understood, and process the unique joys and challenges of caring for children in foster care. Led by a licensed therapist and surrounded by peers who “get it,” you’ll discover practical tools, real-life strategies, and self-care practices to help prevent burnout and sustain your heart for the journey.

Past discussion topics include:

  • Navigating transitions

  • Strategies for successful shared parenting

  • Overcoming caregiver stress and burnout

  • Grief & loss in foster care

  • Parenting siblings in foster care

This group welcomes all licensed foster and kinship parents, especially those seeking authentic connection and understanding from others walking the same path.

Onsite childcare is provided, offering engaging, age-appropriate activities that nurture and support your children while you take time to recharge.
