The Associate Director ensures that FVC’s programs, partnerships, and revenue grow together in a cohesive, sustainable way, serving as the organizational bridge between program impact, external relationships, and financial health. The Associate Director is a relational, values-driven leader with deep knowledge of foster care, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build partnerships, scale impact, and lead a small team.
