Find Your Village. Share Your Story. Refill Your Cup.

When you’re caring for children in foster care, you need a community that understands the unique joys and challenges of the journey. This open, confidential support group is a space for foster and kinship caregivers to connect, share experiences, and learn together.

With the guidance of a licensed therapist, you’ll join fellow caregivers in exploring practical tools, real-life strategies, and self-care practices to help prevent burnout and sustain your heart for the work. Through open discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to process your experiences, learn from others, and walk away with fresh ideas you can put into practice.

Past conversations have included topics like:

  • Navigating transitions

  • Strategies for successful shared parenting

  • Overcoming caregiver stress and burnout

  • Grief & loss in foster care

  • Parenting siblings in foster care

Childcare is available onsite, with activities designed to nurture and support children while you take time for yourself.
